Bordeaux Airport is committed to providing a quality welcome and service for passengers with special needs and/or with mobility difficulties. The following recommendations will help us to ensure you receive the best possible assistance you require.
Don't forget to notify your airline or travel agency and request assistance for your special needs at least 48 hours before departure.
Our commitment: a request for assistance relayed to the airport by the airline at least 36 hours before departure means that 90% of passengers only wait 10 minutes at most before they are assisted (less than 20 minutes in any case for all passengers). Without prior notice you may have to wait up to 45 minutes.
Check-in: if you cannot get to the check-in desks unaided, ask to be set down outside Departures where there are call points where you can call for assistance. Those accompanying you can then go to the car park.
After check-in: to get assistance from our help team, if your flight leaves from Terminal A go to the PRM point which is close to the airport help desk. If your flight leaves from Terminal B the PRM point is opposite the check-in desks. To find your way around the airport, click here.
From the moment you start to plan your trip right through to your return, you will find all the practical information you need in our guide.
