All the spaces allocated for reservations have been filled at the chosen parking lot, but you can still come without a reservation.
If the parking lot is full upon your arrival, we will direct you to another parking area where the rates may vary.

However, to avoid unnecessary stress and guarantee you a parking spot on your travel date, we advise you to extend your search to all the airport car parks.

At the parking entrance your reservation was not activated according to the guidelines provided to you before your arrival. A standard hourly ticket was issued, resulting in a new payment at the exit. 

In this case, please write to us, attaching your parking hourly ticket to your request.

If a booking is not used, it is no longer valid and no refunds will be provided.. Please remember that you can cancel your booking by logging into your customer account:

- With the cancellation option, up to 24 hours before the arrival time at the car park of your booking 
- Without the cancellation option, within a period of up to 14 days after your reservation.

If you meet none of these conditions, cancellation is not possible, and no refund can be provided.

At no extra charge, you may arrive 3 hours before the start of your reservation and leave 3 hours after the end of your reservation

Beyond this period of tolerance, an overstay fee will be applied per 24 hours period as follows:

  • €23 for P0
  • €18 for P1
  • €17.50 for P2
  • €8 for P4

Bordeaux Airport does not provide any refunds on these extra fees. If the overstay is due to a flight change or delay, please contact your airline.

If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, the full amount of your booking will be refunded.
If you have requested a cancellation, only the parking fees will be refunded.

As stated in the in the Rules and Regulations of Bordeaux Merignac Airport's Car Parks (Article 4.2) : "Bordeaux Mérignac Airport does not assume any obligation of custody or surpervision, the fee collected is only a parking fee.". We cannot, therefore, accept liability for any damage, accidents and thefts incurred. 

Please contact your insurance company and file a complaint with the French Border Police (P.A.F) at Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. These state agents are the only ones authorized to access the airport's various videos. 

To use your reservation, please follow these steps:

• If your license plate is recognized at the car park entrance :
1- Your RESAPARC ticket will automatically be issued
2- Collect it and wait for the gate to open
• In any other case :
1- Simply type in your XXXXXX access code (above) on the terminal keypad
2- Confirm with the OK button
3- Collect your RESAPARC ticket and wait until the gate opens.
Under no circumstances should you press the ticket button : this would cancel your booking.

After payment of your reservation, a confirmation e-mail should be sent to you.

If the reservation does not appear, it means the transaction was not successful. In this case, we invite you to make your reservation again.

Please note that a reservation can be modified only twice, regardless of the nature of the modification (dates, hours, etc.). Even though it is possible to modify the license plate number of your vehicle, it is not necessary. If you arrive with a different vehicle than the one for which you provided the license plate information during your online reservation, you will still be able to benefit from your reservation.

Although the barrier will not open automatically upon your arrival at the parking lot, you simply need to enter your access code received by email and SMS for it to lift.

On the day before your departure, you will also receive a text message with the access code.

As P4 is the furthest parking lot away, a shuttle bus will take you to your departure terminal free of charge.
The service begins 2 hours before the departure of the first flight and ends after all passengers of the last evening flight have left.
Timetables are not fixed, but a rotation is ensured every 20 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

The shuttle is equipped with access for people with reduced mobility.

To obtain a receipt, press the "reçu" button at the car park exit terminal. 

If you have forgotten to pick it up, please contact us.
To ensure prompt processing of your request, please specify in your message : 
- your car park entry and exit dates
- the name of the car (P4, P2, P1, P0, P Express)
- the exact amount paid in €
and attach a copy of your parking ticket.

Our car parks open every day 2 hours before the departure of the first flight and close after all passengers of the last evening flight have left.

If you have lost your RESAPARC ticket, go to the car park support office (Hall A -level 0) with the 6-figure access code that you received by email and text message. Our staff there will issue a new ticket for you that you can use to leave the car park.

When you arrive at the Terminal, go to the car park support office (Hall A - level 0) with your ID (Passport or 'Carte d'identité', if applicable) in addition to your vehicle's registration certificate and your plane tickets. A new ticket will be given to you.

Charging points are available for electric vehicles, free of charge and without reservation in P2, P1, and P0.

We invite you to use P2 parking lot (located in front of the terminal) while benefiting from the P4 rate (without reservation), which can be found here: https://www.bordeaux.aeroport.fr/sites/default/files/2022-12/Tarifs%20Parkings_Aeroport_de_Bordeaux_janvier_2023.pdf.

Please follow the procedure below:

  1. Press the yellow key on the terminal at the entrance of car park P2 to get your parking ticket.
  2. Park in the designated spaces for people with reduced mobility, displaying your mobility card on your windshield.
  3. Go to the car park support office (Hall A  - level 0 arrivals) with the documents related to your reduced mobility situation and with your parking ticket.
  4. On the day you leave, visit the parking service again with your documents and parking ticket so that our staff can apply the P4 parking rate (rate without reservation).

You can also choose to park in car park P4, the free shuttle bus to terminal is accessible to passengers with reduced mobility.

Our car parks comply with the following maximum height specifications:
P0 = max. 1.90m
P1 = max. 2.30m 
P2 = max. 2.30m
P4 = no height restrictions
Online booking is not available for oversized vehicles and they are not authorised to park in car park P4 between 1 May and 31 October.
