Bordeaux-Merignac Airport

It was a passenger arrived at 08:30AM this morning who came to symbolise the historic milestone of 4 million passengers, at Bordeaux Airport.in cumulative figures since the start of 2011

After one million passengers at Bordeaux-Mérignac in 1980, 2 million in 1988 and 3 million in both 2000 and 2005, the "4millionth passenger" received a warm welcome this morning from Bordeaux Airport.

Numerous airport staff came to welcome and celebrate the arrival of their “4 millionth”, and alongside the passengers and the public they enjoyed a large gourmet buffet accompanied by music.
