The "45TH Parallel" project is being managed by the Nexity company under a concession contract and temporary occupation permit. Although this investment is not being made by the Airport Management Company, it is very much part of its strategy. This major hotel and services hub is to meet the needs of the tourism economy as well as those of businesses seeking to establish themselves in the vicinity of the airport, which represents a strategic amenity for their activity and economic growth. Eventually, a 40,000 m² fully-landscaped property development will be made available just a stone’s throw from Bordeaux Airport and its links to the rest of the world.
