You have 14 days from the date of your booking to cancel your booking.
Booking a parking spot in advance gives you access to the best rates (€34 for weekends, €36 for short stays, or €34.50 per week). The online payment and license plate scanning system makes it easier for you to get in and out. You'll also enjoy peace of mind, knowing you're guaranteed a spot in the car park of your choice at busy times, such as during school holidays.
Charging points are available for electric vehicles, free of charge and without reservation in P2, P1, and P0.
Subject to availability, you can modify your reservation made on our Store through your account, under the "My Orders" section, as long as your booking status is marked "In Progress" and the parking product status is "In Progress."
Reservations can be modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time, with a minimum parking duration of 12 hours.
Once inside the car park, you can adjust your departure time, provided the parking duration remains at least 12 hours.
The rate for the modified reservation will require an additional payment if it exceeds the amount initially paid, but will not result in a refund if it is lower.
Please note that promotional codes used for the original booking may no longer be valid for the modified reservation (expired, incompatible, or invalid based on the new criteria).
A booking can only be modified twice.
IMPORTANT: After modifying your reservation, you will receive an email containing your updated booking reference and a new access code for the car park (these details will also be available in your personal account).
You have a right to withdraw from your booking within 14 days, starting from the day after your reservation date. To exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel your booking, simply log in to your personal account and click on 'Withdraw' for the relevant reservation:
