Yes, our online booking service is open around the clock for the P0, P1, P2 and P4 car parks.

The access and car park desk is in Hall A on the Arrivals floor near Exit 1.
Refund tracking for reservations made before 26/11/2024 on our previous platform can be accessed through your customer account.
For reservations made after 26/11/2024 on our new Store, refund tracking is available in your customer account under the 'My Orders' section.
The airport will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If you exercised your right of withdrawal, you will be fully refunded the amount of your reservation. Once the refund has been processed, it will be visible in your customer account under the relevant booking, marked as 'credit'.
If you have lost your RESAPARC ticket, please go to the parking service (Hall A - level 0) with your 6-digit access code received via email and text message.
Our staff will issue a new ticket for you to exit the parking lot.
