You have 14 days from the date of your booking to cancel your booking.
You can modify your reservation through your personal account if its status is marked as 'Reservation in Progress.' However, no modifications can be made if the vehicle has already entered the parking area.
For reservations made using our new booking system, you can modify your booking on our Store https://store.bordeaux.aeroport.fr via your account under the 'My Orders' section, provided your order status is marked as 'In Progress' and the associated parking product status is also 'In Progress.'
Reservations can be modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time, with a minimum parking duration of 12 hours.
If the cost of the modified reservation exceeds the original payment, you will be required to pay the difference. Conversely, if the modified cost is lower, you will receive a voucher via email for the difference, valid for one year for use in our parking services.
Please note that any promotional code used for the original reservation may no longer be valid for the modified booking (e.g., expired, incompatible, or invalid based on the new criteria).
A booking can only be modified twice.
IMPORTANT: After modifying your reservation, you will receive an email containing your updated booking reference and a new access code for the car park (these details will also be available in your personal account).
A parking space may only be booked up to 6 months in advance and no fewer than 12 hours prior to the desired date.
If you comply with these requirements and the car park is not full upon booking, it may be that your browser is not compatible. Please try booking via another browser (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer ...).
As P4 is the furthest parking lot away, a shuttle bus will take you to your departure terminal free of charge.
The service begins 2 hours before the departure of the first flight and ends after all passengers of the last evening flight have left.
Timetables are not fixed, but a rotation is ensured every 20 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
The shuttle is equipped with access for people with reduced mobility.
Simply scan your reservation parking ticket in the exit terminal. In case of malfunction or problem, please use the intercom. A cashier will answer you.
Our P0, P1, P2 and P4 car parks are fitted with an automatic license plate scanner. If you provide your license plate number when booking, the barrier will automatically open when you arrive. Simply take your ticket and park. To leave the car park, simply drive up to the barrier and it will again open automatically!
