What is Hubway and its avatars?

Hubway is what we call an AI-based 'conversational assistant.' Imagine a mix between an ultra-fast search engine and a text message conversation.

You write to it naturally, just as you would to a loved one. You can ask it things like:

  • 'Where are the nearest restrooms?'
  • 'Where is my boarding gate?'
  • 'Which shops are open right now?'
  • 'Is there any construction work in the departure area?'

How does it work?

  1. Scan: Find an avatar with a QR code in the airport and scan it with your smartphone.
  2. Ask your question: A chat window will open on your phone. Just type your question! The language will automatically adapt to your smartphone settings.
  3. Get your answer: The AI analyzes your request and provides you with the precise information you need, instantly.
