Bordeaux Airport is changing its brand identity. This change marks a key milestone in the transformation initiated by the airport since 2022, with a strategy aimed at shaping a soberer, more useful airport model, more firmly rooted in its region.

A profound transformation serving responsible mobility

Bordeaux Airport is rethinking its role and its impact in depth. The Ressources 27 plan, launched in 2022, sets ambitious objectives:

  • Decarbonisation: reducing its CO emissions by 40% (scopes 1 & 2), reaching carbon neutrality by 2030 (scopes 1 & 2), and self-producing renewable energy
  • Enhancing the experience of all stakeholders (travellers, airlines and staff): new infrastructure, new equipment, strengthened links with regional actors.

This transformation is taking place in a context of multiple transitions (ecological, technological, societal) that are redefining the contours of air mobility. Bordeaux Airport aims to respond by becoming an agent of connection, serving all its stakeholders.

The new signature, Let's broaden our horizons, expresses Bordeaux Airport’s determination to act as a catalyst for ongoing transformations—mobilising all its stakeholders towards more fluid, more sustainable mobility, and an airport that dares to question its own limits to innovate, experiment and reinvent itself.
