The year kicks off with a very promising 8.4% growth figure for January

Bordeaux Airport recorded 420,600 passengers, an increase of 8.4% and 32,000 more passengers than in January 2018.
Traffic at Bordeaux Airport was largely boosted by international flights which progressed in January by 16.7%, carrying 201,000 passengers following the launch of a number of new routes in 2018.
The low-cost sector transported 213,100 passengers this New Year, progressing by 17.8%.
Domestic flights were also up, posting 1.7% growth. So 2019 promises to be a good year for Bordeaux Airport with another 28 new flights already announced.
