Items found at the airport

Have you misplaced your keys, your bag... or has your child lost their favorite stuffed animal in one of our terminals? Don't panic, we may have already found it! Thanks to our partnership with TROOV, you can report the loss online, easily and securely, using a simple form.

The more details you give us (color, shape, distinctive features, location and estimated time of loss), the easier it will be to find your property. And if we have recovered it, you can choose to pick it up directly or have it delivered to your home (paid services)*.

Service available from September 17.

When passing through security checks, certain items may be removed if they are prohibited in the cabin according to current regulations. These items can then be handed in to the lost property service.

Thanks to our partnership with TROOV, once the item has been checked and identified, you can submit an online request for its return by filling out the TROOV form. You will then have the option of picking up the item on site or requesting home delivery (paid services)*.

If you notice that a personal item has been left behind or lost on board the aircraft, please contact your airline's baggage claims department directly.

Once the aircraft has landed, this department is the only one authorized to centralize, identify, and return items found on board. If possible, have your flight number, travel date, and a detailed description of the item ready to facilitate the search.

*The storage and return of these items are subject to detailed regulations, which can be viewed here. The storage period is limited depending on the type of item (see regulations).
