Level 1 accreditation from Airports Council International recognises the quality of its services.
At Bordeaux Airport, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. That's why we are proud to have been awarded level 1 of the Airport Customer Experience accreditation by Airports Council International (ACI). But what does level 1 mean? It's a recognition of our commitment to continually improve the passenger experience by better understanding your expectations and acting to meet your needs.
To achieve this accreditation, we set up regular surveys to gather your opinions and identify areas for improvement. Thanks to your feedback, we have launched a number of concrete projects, including renovating and enlarging the sanitary facilities, creating dedicated work areas, and strengthening our cleaning teams to ensure that our areas are ever cleaner.
