Changes to access between terminals, the closure of the Air France lounge, and the relocation of the Baillardran store: the airport is entering a major phase of construction.
Following several projects already underway to improve comfort, accessibility, and the passenger journey, the airport is continuing its transformation and entering a major phase of construction.
We will soon be presenting this project, which will transform the experience for passengers departing from Bordeaux Airport. We will keep you regularly updated on progress and any potential impacts on your customers’ travel plans.
A tailored passenger experience

As of September 16, 2026, internal access between Halls A and B has been suspended (both on the departures and arrivals levels). Travel between the two halls is now possible only via the exterior of the buildings. Throughout the construction period, your customers will be guided by dedicated signage and staff on site who will assist them and answer any questions.
Closure of the Air France Lounge

The Air France lounge located in the departure area of Hall B is closed. For flights departing from Hall A, the airport lounge stays open.
Baillardran Store

As of September 16, 2026, the Baillardran retail location has moved next to the Starbucks terrace in Hall A.
