the protection of our passengers is our No. 1 priority
In order to protect yourself and others, both passengers and visitors are asked to observe the safety distance of 1 metre and to wear a facemask in any parts of airport terminal buildings as well as on any airport buses and shuttle.
All passengers must wear a single-use surgical-type mask (FFP1, FFP2 or FFP3) upon boarding. (Decree n°2020-860 of 10 July 2020 - article 11 paragraph IV).
Passenger information :
all flights are operated in Halls A and B
• Check-in for: Air Arabia, Air Transat, Aegean Airlines, Iberia, Luxair Airlines, Ryanair, Royal Air Maroc, Tunisair, Transavia, Vueling et Volotea
• Arrivals of all controlled international flights (regardless of airline) and some domestic flights
• Check-in for: Air France, Chalair, easyJet and KLM airlines
• All domestic flights
Ensuring safety and security tasks required by national law are carried out, in coordination with French security authorities (for risks to people) and by applying European safety regulations (for risks to property).
Risk management and prevention roles ensure that tasks stipulated in national law around security (of people) and safety (of property) are carried out
Security administration : guaranteeing that aircraft remain secure within the Airport, in accordance with security legislation and by coordinating sub-contractors’ activities.
Regulatory compliance management (SMS) : spearheading quality, safety and environmental management systems and ensuring they interact smoothly with one another.
Operational safety : ensuring airport safety, both landside and airside, by adhering to applicable legislation and risk prevention measures.
