When you choose this service, the passenger’s baggage is picked up when he or she arrives at the airport, then carried from the airport to his or her car or public transport. Porters only pick up luggage when the passenger is present.
If you’re welcoming customers, you need them to be able to spot you quickly and easily. When you hire a stationary or mobile desk, you can meet them, give them information and pass on all the documents they need to make sure their trip runs smoothly.
If you would like to organise an event or you need somewhere to meet customers, hire one of our meeting or conference rooms. Each one is beautifully lit and designed in contemporary style, and we also provide equipment so you can get on with your work with total peace of mind. Catering is available.
If a group is arriving by bus, to make getting into the Airport easier you can organise a parking sport outside the terminals. Contact the parking service to do this.
