FOR YOU, WE ARE BUILDING THE AIRPORT OF TOMORROW

2023 Aéroport de Bordeaux

Since 2007, a number of projects have helped to make Bordeaux Airport the leading economic force it is today. With more than 8,000 employees, including 3,000 in airport operations, and 6.8 million passengers, Bordeaux Airport now contributes more than €6 billion to the regional economy.

As the Bordeaux region works to achieve the ambitions of its Bordeaux Métropole 2050 plan, 9.6 million passengers are expected to travel through the airport in 2023. In order to welcome these travellers while fully supporting the region’s development and enhancing its links to the rest of the world, the Airport Management Company is rolling out an investment plan worth €140 million.
