Welcome services at the Airport

Bordeaux Airport offers professionals a range of personalised welcome services to choose from for your customers and VIP visitors.

We provide various services:

  • A host : a host or hostess can welcome a VIP passenger or group.
     
  • A welcome desk : for welcoming passengers as part of an event, or when they need a private space to gather before a flight.
     
  • A porter service : only available for arrivals. Porters transfer luggage from Arrivals to the passenger’s vehicle.
