Bordeaux Airport has been awarded Level 1 accreditation in Customer Experience Management by Airports Council International (ACI). This distinction underlines the airport's commitment to continuously improving the quality of its services. Level 1 reflects the importance attached to the customer experience in the airport's strategy, with concrete actions implemented to meet passenger expectations.

Bruno Navaro, Director of Operations and Customer Satisfaction, comments: “ We are proud to have been awarded Level 1 of the ACI Accreditation for Customer Experience. It recognizes the constant efforts of our teams and marks an important step in our continuous improvement process. We are committed to guaranteeing an optimized welcome, adapted services and a smoother journey for our customers.

Since 2021, surveys of more than 1,500 passengers a year have been collecting feedback on service quality. This feedback feeds a series of initiatives to optimize the passenger experience.

In 2023, the sanitary facilities in Hall A were renovated and work areas were created for passengers.

In 2024, the airport will double the number of staff dedicated to cleaning and modernize its equipment to improve reception conditions.

In the longer term, the airport plans to continue investing in innovation, notably with a new building between Halls A and B, scheduled for completion in 2028, which will aim to facilitate passenger flow and the work of operational teams.
