That's why, charges for international passengers has been removed. Since September 1st, there are only 2 categories:
- charges for passengers going to Schengen country destinations (including domestic)
- charges for passengers going to non-Schengen country destinations
This means that passengers for non-EU countries fall into the second category. The new charge will be €5.27 per passenger leaving from Bordeaux. In comparison, the international charge in 2020 was €8.35. The new rate thus offers a reduction of 37% (€3.08 less per departing passenger). It applies since September 1st.
