The protection of our passengers and colleagues is our number one priority, especially during this epidemic period. We want to ensure that this priority is taken into account at every point on your journey through the airport, and in all the activities carried out by our colleagues. This is why we have put in place exceptional measures in coordination with the national health authorities so that you can travel safely from Bordeaux Airport. 
As in any other public place, it is very important to strictly apply all hygiene rules and always keep a distance of 1 metre from other people. It is also essential to wear a mask at the airport for both travellers and their companions.
Bordeaux Airport has put in place numerous measures to ensure the health of staff and passengers:

• self-service dispensers of hydro-alcoholic hand gel are available at the airport
• Putting up signage that facilitates physical distancing, informing you of precautionary measures and where you can / cannot wait or sit down
• additional cleaning of surfaces and contact points: counters, ramps, trolleys, safety control bins, etc. 
• reorganization of the queues to avoid contacts as much as possible
• plexiglass at the information, check-in and boarding counters
• closure of the children's play area and company lounges

The teams working at the airport have additional equipment to protect everyone: gloves, protective masks, cleaning wipes, disinfectant sprays.
