Satellite 3 construction launch now imminent

The Airport Management Company will soon be launching one of the first big construction projects in its new investment plan through to 2023. The building work on Terminal A’s new international boarding pier will begin before the summer: it is called “Satellite 3” and will be built on the runway side, at the foot of the iconic control tower. The High Environmental Quality building will accommodate four spacious new boarding lounges and will offer all the necessary services to make it a passenger-friendly place to wait before boarding. Scheduled to open in summer 2020.
