Bordeaux Airport is the first to benefit from the new Airbus A321neo LR with Air Transat between Bordeaux and Montreal.

It is the greenest plane in its class, with reduction in fuel consumption (30%) and noise emissions (60%). Passengers will discover a completely redesigned cabin, where comfort is paramount. Every interior detail has been designed in collaboration with Airbus to provide the best possible on-board experience.

Pascal Personne, Chairman of the Management Board of Bordeaux Airport, explains: "Air Transat has been demonstrating for many years its desire to develop the transatlantic market from Bordeaux. The A321neo LR to Montreal is an additional asset for the company but also for the people of Bordeaux and more generally for the new aquitans. It is a quieter, more economical aircraft that offers improved passenger comfort. The capacity of this aircraft, which has less than 200 seats, makes it easier to develop this type of long-haul service in markets such as Bordeaux."
