You have 14 days from the date of your booking to cancel your booking.
Entering your code activates your booking. Failing to enter your code when entering the car park and before your ticket is issued will result in your booking being lost.
Please note that a reservation can be modified only twice, regardless of the nature of the modification (dates, hours, etc.). Even though it is possible to modify the license plate number of your vehicle, it is not necessary. If you arrive with a different vehicle than the one for which you provided the license plate information during your online reservation, you will still be able to benefit from your reservation. Although the barrier will not open automatically upon your arrival at the parking lot, you simply need to enter your access code received by email and SMS for it to lift.
