Ryanair is a low cost Irish airline. It was named Europe’s leading airline in 2016, when it transported more than 120 billion passengers. Its hubs in London Stansted, Dublin and Charleroi airports connect travellers to more than 200 destinations around Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and the Canary Isles.
Ryanair came to Bordeaux in 2009 and now flies to more than 30 European destinations. In April 2019, it will start operating its own base from the airport, with 2 aircraft and 70 weekly flights.
Check-in and boarding
Check-in can be done online, from 60 days to 2 hours before the flight time. On the day of departure, go to the Bordeaux Airport (check in at the check-in counter on the display screens) to drop off your checked baggage or check in if you have not already done so online. Otherwise, go directly to the security checkpoint to reach your boarding room.
