Description
La Toque Cuivrée has been the Bordeaux canelé cakes specialist for more than 30 years. Committed to preserving the most authentic Bordeaux pastry, its recipe is both unique, traditional and based on healthy ingredients without additives.
Founded in the 80s by Bernard Lussaut to showcase Bordeaux specialties, it has constantly reaffirmed its unwavering roots in the Gironde region, the land of origin of the canelé cakes.
The recipes respect the golden rule of canelé : perfect baking. The approach has always been closely linked to the local heritage. Canelés are available in « bite-size », « lunch » and « large » formats. Find them all at the La Toque Cuivrée shop in the Satellite 3 building, Hall A.
