How can I modify a flight ticket purchased via the airport’s website or get more details about my booking?

The Bordeaux Airport website features a flight search and booking engine powered by our travel agency partner, Option Way. For any questions about your bookings, contact them at: bordeaux.aeroport@optionway.com.

I purchased a flight ticket through your partner but haven’t received a confirmation email. Is this normal?

Although airlines usually confirm ticket bookings instantly, there may be exceptional cases where confirmation takes up to 72 hours. During this time, you will receive an informational email letting you know that your request is being processed and that you do not need to attempt another purchase. Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to you by our partner.

Is it possible to give my gift voucher to someone else ?

If your friend has an account on our Store, they can use your voucher by copying and pasting the code into the basket during their purchase.

How can I redeem the promo code I received before August 15?

If you received a personal promotional code via email before 26/11/2024, enter it in the 'Voucher/Personal Promo Code' field in your basket. Be sure to carefully check its validity and terms of use.

I received a gift voucher. How can I redeem it?

The value, terms of use, and expiry date of your gift voucher are specified in the email you received. This information is also available in your customer account under the "My Gift Vouchers" section: store

Can I use a gift voucher across multiple purchases?

Yes: by copying the code from your voucher into the designated field before proceeding with payment, provided its terms of use (scope and expiry date) are respected.
If the total amount of your order exceeds the value of your voucher, you will simply need to pay the remaining balance by credit card.
Conversely, if your order total is less than the voucher value, the unused balance will remain available for a future purchase, as long as it is made before the voucher's expiry date.

I was issued a promotional code following a parking reservation claim on your previous platform. How can I redeem it?

Your personal promotional code is valid exclusively for parking reservations. Its value and expiry date were specified in the email you received with the code.
To use it, simply enter the code in the 'Voucher' field before completing your payment on our new Store.

I have several gift vouchers. Can I combine them in one transaction?

Yes, provided the vouchers are valid for the services in your basket.

How can I check how many Fast Track passes I have remaining in my pack?

To check how many passes you have left, log in to your customer account under the “My Orders” section. 

What should I do once I arrive at the airport?

Go directly to the Fast Track kiosk (follow the 'FAST TRACK' signs) with your coupon. Scan the QR code you received, and if it’s valid, scan your boarding pass to gain access.

Do I need to print my QR code?

No, printing your QR code is unnecessary. You can simply present it on your phone at the kiosk.

Can I transfer my Fast Track pass to someone else?

Single-use Fast Track passes are transferable and can be given to someone else, provided they are travelling on the same flight for which the pass was purchased. 10-Pass Packs and Annual Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to the named account holder.

You offer several Fast Track options—how can I choose the one that suits my needs best?

Traveling alone, with a partner, friends, or family? Our single-use Fast Track pass is the perfect choice.  

If you’re a regular traveler departing from Bordeaux and looking to save time at security checks, our 10-pass Fast Track option offers a cost-effective and convenient solution for your next 10 trips. 

For frequent flyers passing through our terminals, our annual Fast Track subscription provides unlimited access for an entire year.
 

What happens if I don’t use all the Fast Track passes in my pack?

If unused Fast Track passes expire, they cannot be refunded or extended. Remember, the 10-Pass Pack and Annual Subscription are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Which terminals accept my Fast Track pass ?

Your Fast Track pass is valid for any airline or destination, as long as you depart from Hall A, Hall B, or the Billi Terminal.

Is it possible to cancel or modify my Fast Track booking?

As per our General Terms and Conditions, Fast Track passes cannot be modified and are only refundable within 14 days of purchase, under the right of withdrawal.

My payment during the online booking process isn’t going through. What should I do?

Occasionally, web browsers may not be compatible. We recommend using a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, to complete your booking.

If the payment session has expired, we suggest restarting the process.

If the issue persists, try again later or contact your bank for assistance.

To confirm your booking has been successfully processed, log in to your customer account: https://store.bordeaux.aeroport.fr/connexion.

I haven’t received a confirmation email after completing my online payment. Is this normal?

After completing your payment, you should receive a confirmation email. If it’s not in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If the email is still missing, log in to your account under the "My Orders" section: store

 If the order is not listed, it means the transaction was unsuccessful. In this case, we recommend trying to book again.

I am travelling in a group. Can I make a single booking for multiple vehicles?

Yes, you can reserve parking spaces for multiple vehicles on the same dates. By providing the details of each driver, they will receive the access information via SMS the day before their parking starts.
You can also reserve multiple spaces for yourself on different dates or for different vehicles.

How can I get the invoice for my booking?

Invoices for reservations made on our previous platform are available in your customer account at: https://resaparc.bordeaux.aeroport.fr/fr/mon-compte.
For reservations made on our new Store, invoices can be accessed in your customer account under the 'My Orders' section: https://store.bordeaux.aeroport.fr.

I’ve submitted a claim about my online booking. Can I track my refund status?

Refund tracking for reservations made before 26/11/2024 on our previous platform can be accessed through your customer account: https://resaparc.bordeaux.aeroport.fr/fr/mon-compte.
For reservations made after 26/11/2024 on our new Store, refund tracking is available in your customer account under the 'My Orders' section: https://store.bordeaux.aeroport.fr/en/login
The airport will process the refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If you exercised your right of withdrawal, you will be fully refunded the amount of your reservation. Once the refund has been processed, it will be visible in your customer account under the relevant booking, marked as 'credit'.

My payment didn’t go through during the online booking process. What should I do?

In some cases, your web browser may not be compatible. We recommend trying another browser, such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, to complete your booking.

If the payment window has expired, please restart the process.

If the issue persists, try again later or contact your bank.

To ensure your booking is valid, log in to your customer account: https://store.bordeaux.aeroport.fr/en/login, under the "My Orders" section.

Can I modify a booking made on the airport's new Store after 26/11/2024 ?

Subject to availability, you can modify your reservation made on our Store through your account: https://store.bordeaux.aeroport.fr/en/, under the "My Orders" section, as long as your booking status is marked "In Progress" and the parking product status is "In Progress."

Reservations can be modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time, with a minimum parking duration of 12 hours.
Once inside the car park, you can adjust your departure time, provided the parking duration remains at least 12 hours.

If the cost of the modified reservation exceeds the original amount, you will need to pay the difference. Otherwise, you will receive a voucher via email, valid for one year, for the unused amount on our parking services.

Please note that promotional codes used for the original booking may no longer be valid for the modified reservation (expired, incompatible, or invalid based on the new criteria).

IMPORTANT: After modifying your reservation, you will receive an email containing your updated booking reference and a new access code for the car park (these details will also be available in your personal account).

If I have already entered the car park with my vehicle, can I still modify a booking made online after 26/11/2024?

Subject to availability, you can modify your reservation made on our Store by logging into your account at https://store.bordeaux.aeroport.fr/en/, under the "My Orders" section. This is possible if your order status is marked as "In Progress" and the associated parking product also displays the status "In Progress."

If the modified reservation's cost exceeds the original amount, you will need to pay the difference. Conversely, if the modified cost is lower, you will receive a voucher for the difference via email. This voucher will be valid for one year and can be used for future parking services.

Please note that promotional codes applied to the original booking may no longer be valid for the modified reservation (e.g., expired, incompatible, or invalid with the new criteria).

IMPORTANT: After modifying your reservation, you will receive an email containing your updated booking reference and a new access code for the car park (these details will also be available in your personal account).
 

Can I modify a booking made online before 26/11/2024?

Due to the launch of the airport's new booking system, parking reservations made before 26/11/2024 can no longer be modified, in line with our general terms and conditions. If your airline has changed your flight schedule, we invite you to visit the parking toll service at Hall A, Level 0, Gate 1, with proof of your flight modification to process your request.

Do I need to print my QR code to enter the lounge?

No, printing your QR code is not required. You can simply display it on your phone at the lounge entrance.

What services are available in the lounge?

We welcome you to a peaceful environment, thoughtfully designed to help you make the most of your time before departure.
The following services are available to you:
A wide selection of unlimited beverages and snacks
A cosy relaxation area with stunning views of the runway
A dedicated workspace equipped for sending your last emails or simply browsing the internet
Free Wi-Fi access and plenty of power outlets to charge your electronic devices.

Can I access the lounge without making a reservation?

Yes, you can access the lounge without a reservation, subject to availability. Simply visit the lounge reception.

How can I check the time I need to board my flight ?

The lounge is equipped with screens showing flight boarding times.

Can I book access to Lounges in all airport terminals online?

No, only the Hall A Lounge is available for online booking. Access is restricted to passengers departing from Hall A and cannot accommodate those departing from Hall B or the Billi Terminal.

Is it possible to cancel or amend my Lounge booking?

As outlined in our General Terms and Conditions, lounge bookings cannot be modified and are only refundable within 14 days of purchase, under the right of withdrawal.

What are the lounge opening hours?

The lounge operates from the first departing flight until the last departure of the day from Hall A.

I haven’t received my QR code to access the lounge. What should I do?
